If you have paid a certain amount to book the desired tour package, it helps us to make a reservation of you. Furthermore, in order to book a tour package, you need to pay a minimum 50% of the total amount. We will advise you of the date when full payment of the tour package should be made. In addition, we have the right to refuse personal cheque as a mode of payment. In the case of half or partial payments, the booking vouchers will be shared only after the payment of the full amount. After full payment, there might be an increase in the cost of your arrangements based on the conditions of the contract with our supplier. 

If you want to cancel your trip or make certain changes, then you should call us at least 15 days before your travel date. If you have not informed us 15 business days before the departure date, we will not entertain any cancellation of the bookings. However, if there is any urgent cancellation of the bookings, the refund process will be notified accordingly. Certain changes in the bookings will not be entertained if you have requested us in less than 7 days from the date of departure even if it’s an urgent booking. Before considering any applicable refund, we need to receive the original voucher from you. Furthermore, after the cancellation of the tour package successfully, we will notify the amount that will be refunded (along with cancellation charges) on a subsequent date.

Further information is as follows:

  • For a smooth and comfortable execution of tours, we may reschedule the sightseeing plan based on weather conditions. 

  • If you have reserved your tour package and if there are any flights included in your trip, then you must pay 100% of the flight cost within 3 days of booking. 

  • In order to avail services, you need to make all the booking request 21 days in advance, otherwise, White Stork Holidays will not be responsible. 

  • You can pay the amount of tour package with the help of debit card, credit card, net banking, deposit cash to our bank accounts or through White Stork Holidays payment gateways only. 

  • We’ll be providing similar hotels in case of any hotel is sold out post-booking. 

  • Suggested hotels and itineraries will be valid for the first three days only. 

  • White Stork Holidays is not responsible for any changes in your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural calamity, unfortunate, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), which is beyond our control and all costs arising out of it will be borne by the customer. 

  • Reservation of hotels and other travel-related services do face availability issues in the blackout period. We may not be able to provide certainty in bookings within this course of time. 

  • Please note that air-conditioners will not work in high hills.
