Joshi Tours Terms and Conditions
- Definitions
- Joshi Tours: This refers to Joshi Tours, a travel agency specializing in religious and international tours.
- Traveler: Refers to any individual or group booking a travel with Joshi Tours.
- Booking: Refers to the reservation of travel services made by the Traveler with Joshi Tours.
- Services: Refers to the travel-related services provided by Joshi Tours, including flights, accommodation, transportation, meals, sightseeing, and other activities.
- Booking Policy
- Confirmation:Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and completed booking form.
- Deposit:A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment:The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
- Payment Methods:Joshi Tours accepts payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or check.
- Late Payment:Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Special Requests:Joshi Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee their fulfillment.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Traveler:
- 90 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit.
- 89-60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
- 59-30 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price.
- 29 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour price.
Cancellation Notice: Cancellation must be made in writing and is effective from the date received by Joshi Tours
- Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Joshi Tours: In case of a tour cancellation by Joshi Tours, a full refund will be issued to the Traveler.
- Partial Cancellation: If Joshi Tours cancels a portion of the tour, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the cancelled portion.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
- Amendment Policy
- Before Final Payment: Amendments made before the final payment due date will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.
- After Final Payment: Amendments made after the final payment due date will incur a fee of [Amount] per change.
- Major Amendments: Major amendments, such as changing the departure date or destination, may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
- Payment Procedure
- Deposit: The deposit can be made online or by phone at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: The final payment can be made online, by phone, or by mailing a check to Joshi Tours.
Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available upon request.
- Jurisdiction
- Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Varanasi Jurisdiction
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration following the rules of [Joshi Tours].
- Additional Terms
- Travel Insurance: Joshi Tours strongly recommends that all Travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
- Passports and Visas: Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
- Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
- Code of Conduct: Travelers are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that respects local customs and traditions.
By making a booking with Joshi Tours, the Traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
