Day 1: Ho Chi Minh arrival

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City – the largest city in Vietnam. Our guide and driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. The room is at your disposal from 02:00 PM onwards. The balance of the day will be free at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Day trip to Mekong Delta

Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel, and drive 1,5 hours to My Tho. We will stop along the way for refreshments and toilets.

• Upon arrival, we board a motor-boat and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels to enjoy wonderful views of the Mekong River, including four famous islands “Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix”.
• Stop at one of the floating fish houses, in nets and wire baskets under their house, the villagers cultivate freshwater fish and shrimp – a major export product of the region.
• Cross the River to the other side, you will stop at a traditional workshop to witness a step-by-step process on how to make coconut candy, honey farming… while trying some yourself and listening to traditional music.
• Enjoy what local people offer by hand rowing a sampan along the shady, breezy canal. We will transfer to local transportation called Xe Loito travel throughout the villages.
• Lunch will be served at a riverside restaurant with a Vietnamese 5-course set menu. Please request in advance if you have a food allergy, you are a vegetarian, or you observe Halal.
• Take a rest after lunch before boarding the motor-boat back to My Tho. We drive to Vinh Trang pagoda, an ancient southern architectural gem built in the middle of the 19th century. There are many Buddha statues including some that are over a hundred years old.

We drive another 1,5 hours back to Ho Chi Minh city and drop you at your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Cu Chi Tunnels – Fly to Danang (B) – Joint in tour

Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and after leaving Ho Chi Minh City, we drive about 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi.

Upon arrival, you’ll watch a brief of propaganda video, which explains how the tunnels were used to successfully defeat American military forces in combat.

The tour continues and the guide explains some traps that were placed in the jungles of Việt Nam to either maim American soldiers or create panic amongst the ranks.

From here, you can enter one of the tunnel entrances and crawl through the tunnels is a real experience to imagine how people could live there for an extended period! There is a shooting range where you can try to fire automatic or semi-automatic weapons for a fee (this fee is not included)

Take some rest at the end for a taste of Cu Chi boiled tapioca and thinking what humans are capable of when having to defend their home.

We drive back to Ho Chi Minh city and transfer to the airport for flight to Danang. Our guide and driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. The room is at your disposal from 2 pm onwards. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Danang – Marble Mountain – Hoi An city tour

Bus and tour guide pick you up at your hotel. The bus will take you to Marble Mountains. You could explore many mysterious caves

Bus will move to the ancient town of Hoi An.

The tour guide will take you for the visit: Japan bridge pagoda, Phuc Kien hall, Tan Ky old house, Phung Hung old house.

You enjoy your free time to walk along the old street.

Day 5: Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge – Fly to Hanoi

07:45 – 08:00 AM: Be picked up at a hotel in Danang. Transfer to Ba Na Hills (35km) and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na Hills station. Stop at by Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, The Old Villas of French, the Golden Bridge…

Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour. Buffet lunch will be severed at the restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will be free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park… (2 hours). Or discover Ba Na hills on your own.

03:00 PM: Back to the cable car, then you will be transferred back to the hotel.

Our driver will pick you up to transfer to Danang airport to take your domestic flight to Hanoi. Once arrival in Hanoi, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour guide to transfer to your hotel to check-in. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Hanoi – Halong Bay

After breakfast, we will leave Hanoi without the guide for a journey to Halong Bay, one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites with its 2000 islands located in a background of limestone in Gulf of Tonkin. Coming to Halong, visitors will be impressed with the beauty of natural achievement and many wonderful types of scenery.

You will enjoy an overnight cruise on a wonderful boat floating on Halong Bay and savor a special menu of fresh seafood will absolutely bring you the best moment you have ever had.

You will be served lunch and dinner on the boat. Overnight onboard.

Note: Meals on the boat with local/Asian food. Vegetarian good is available upon request.

Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi

After breakfast, enjoy your time to sunbathe and relax in the fascinating background of the bay. After brunch on board – around 11:30 AM, transfer back to Hanoi to check in the hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Hanoi departure

You are free to relax until being transferred to the airport (without tour guide) for your departure flight. The room is at your disposal until noontime. Meals on your own. End of service.
