On arrival Srinagar meet for assistance and transfer to Srinagar hotel, check in to hotel. afternoon proceed to visit of world-famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), Shankarachariya Shiv Temple, Pari Mahal (Fairies adobe), Chashme Shahi, and Ancient City tour of Srinagar. In the evening return to hotel for Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for a picturesque drive to Gulmarg. Gulmarg was discovered as a tourist destination by the British in the 19th century. Prior to that, Mughal emperors vacationed in the Gulmarg valley which is about 03 Kms long and up-to 01 km wide. It is exquisitely situated in a pine surrounded basin of the Pir Panjal range at an altitude of 2,730 meters above sea level and one of the most famous tourist destinations of Kashmir. It also has one of the world’s highest green golf courses with 18 holes, as well as a clubhouse, which is a historical building. It is one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course during summer season and as a ski resort during the winter season, on arrival proceed for a picturesque ride of world-famous Gondola chair car (pay directly ticket charges) later visit famous Shiv mandir in Gulmarg. Evening return to Srinagar hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast at the houseboat, you will be driven from Srinagar to Pahalgam, en-route visit Saffron fields of Pampore, see the beautiful countryside, lots of rice fields and Awantipora ruins on the way. On arrival in Pahalgam, check in to hotel, after freshening up enjoy into Pahalgam enjoy the surrounding beauty or walk to Baisaran, which is about 2 km from Pahalgam. After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Srinagar, check in to houseboat, after freshening Later ride on a Shikara ONE HOUR, – a Kashmiri gondola – to the watery vegetable markets and see the mountains mirrored in the lakes. You will get a view of some remarkably interesting places around the Lake. In the evening return to houseboat for Dinner and overnight stay at houseboat.
After breakfast, check out from houseboat and drive to kargil. En-route visit Sonamarg. Sonamarg is a place of enthralling beauty, lies in Sindh Valley, streamed with flowers, surrounded by mountains, and perched at an altitude of 2690 m above sea level. Visited less frequently by tourists, it has as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a clear sky. It is a quiet alpine retreat surrounded with sycamore, silver birch, fir and pine trees and the last halt on the Kashmir side for the drive from Srinagar to Leh. It is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. (IN SONAMARG, Pony Rides must be paid directly). On arrival in Srinagar, check in to hotel. After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Leh, en-route visiting the monastery of Lamayuru & Moon-landscape passing through Namkila & Fatula Passes (4100 Mtrs) the highest pass on Srinagar- Leh road and proceed Drive through Indus & Zanskar River and visiting, Pathar Sahib Gurdwara, Basgo Palace, Magnetic Hills. Dinner and overnight night at the Hotel.
After early breakfast, check out from hotel and depart by surface to Nubra valley the 160 Kms approximately 4 to 5 hrs. Via Khardungla (18380 ft.), Highest Motor able road in the World) on arrive explore Diskit, Hunder Villages and camel Safari in Sand Dunes dinner and overnight at camp in Nubra.
After early breakfast, depart by surface for day excursion to Turtuk. It is a village in the Leh district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is in the Nubra tehsil, 90km from the Nubra town, on the banks of the Shyok River. Turtuk was opened to tourists in 2009. The village offers views of Beautiful Valley, part of the Shyok Valley. Though a Muslim village, there are a few Gompas located on the plateau above the Shyok River and there is an old royal house to see in the village. Turtuk is one of the few places in India where one can witness Balti culture, and one can find a few homestays and guest houses in the village. It is the last major village where tourist activity is allowed before the Line of Control. In late afternoon return to Nubra for dinner and overnight stay.
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft.), through Changla Pass 17,350 ft., it is the third highest motor able road in the world. Enroute visit Thiksay Gompa or Thiksay Monastery (also transliterated from Ladakhi as Tikse, Tiksey or Thiksey) is a Gompa (monastery) affiliated with the Gelug sect of Tibetan Buddhism. It is located on top of a hill in Thiksey village, approximately 19 kilometers east of Leh in Ladakh, it is noted for its resemblance to the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet and is the largest Gompa in central Ladakh, notably containing a separate set of buildings for female enunciates that has been the source of significant recent building and reorganization. Later proceed to visit Ranchos school and Shey Palace the former summer palace of King. Arrive at Pangong Lake it is the highest saltwater Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of Pangong Lake with multi-color reflections and fascinating high altitude of the Lake for dinner and overnight at camp.
After early breakfast, check out from Camp and transfer to Leh hotel. En-route Ranchoo School & Shay Palace. Check in to Leh hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
